市府以7月間台鐵區間車爆炸案為發想，今天在通勤量最高、規模最大且與高鐵、捷運共構使用的板橋車站，辦理105年國家防災日板橋車站三鐵共構災害事故搶救暨反恐維安演習。
消防局表示，這次演習共動員1027人次及40部車輛參與演習，為板橋車站歷年最大的演練規模。
演習假想板橋車站台鐵電聯車發生不明原因爆炸，造成車廂旅客多人受傷，並於車站置物箱周邊發現疑似有爆裂物，車站內外多處遭人縱火，造成複合式人為災害。
演練科目包含大規模避難疏散、列車爆炸事故搶救、反恐維安處置、毒化物處置、前進指揮所演練、大量傷患處置及多點火災搶救等7項災害應變情境，過程逼真，場面不乏爆炸等震撼場面。
朱立倫對相關單位認真演練的成果表示肯定，他受訪表示，大家最近對反恐及台鐵爆炸案都非常憂慮，今年才會以三鐵共構的板橋車站進行反恐維安演習。
他表示，透過演習遇到爆炸案或恐怖攻擊時，演練如何快速疏散及做好緊急救援，再加上民間團隊合作並建立反恐維安的正確觀念，就算是遇到危難時，也可尋求跨縣市及軍方合作，以降低傷害並確保平安。1051006
